About Us

We would love to tell you how Birch Care came into existence. Our founder was injured in a motor vehicle accident. He sustained physical and mental health injuries from this, and assistance was provided to help him recover. As he was being cared for, he realised he had no choice or control over his situation, and it was hard for him to do what he liked when he was dependent on others. Upon this discovery, he created Birch Care, a space where participants would have control and freedom when it came to their support, as well as the ability to have fun. Birch Care is an NDIS Registered Provider. We cater to 5 to 65-year-old participants and offer social support, personal care, supported independent living and short-term and medium-term accommodation, as well as meal preparation assistance, community access, overnight care and respite care on the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich and Beaudesert. Additionally, our staff are highly experienced and knowledgeable in several different disabilities such as ABI, TBI, Intellectual, Psychosocial Disabilities, ASD, and many more.

Our professionals are skilled in developing a lot of group-based activities and take the participants to various experiences, such as Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, Warner Brothers theme park, Gold Coast swimming pools, and much more. These activities are free of charge for the participants through our company. Also, we provide school holiday activities and disability day programs for all ages. We structure our service in a manner that helps in the overall development of the young participants and improving the social engagement levels of older participants.
